  • 3 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp gochujang paste
  • tbsp peanut butter or cashew butter
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp chicken powder
  • ½ cup chicken stock liquid
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • ½ red capsicum julienne
  • 1 carrot julienne
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds



  • Cook your favorite noodles according to package instructions.
  • Once cooked, transfer the noodles to a bowl.


  • In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the carrots and capsicum and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked. Remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
  • Add thinly sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until the outside of the chicken is just cooked.

  • In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, gochujang, peanut butter, chili flakes, sugar, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chicken powder, and chopped spring onions.
  • Combine chicken, carrots, capsicum and sauce in the wok, stirring frequently for two minutes, or until the sauce is completely mixed through.
  • Add the liquid chicken stock to the pan, and stir through until well combined. Simmer for an extra 2 to 3 minutes, enusring that the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

  • Add the cooked noodles to the wok with the chicken and stir-fried vegetables .
  • Toss in baby spinach and sesame seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the stir-fry.
